The device is a success in almost all cases of snoring since the sound produced during snoring is due to the constriction of the airways. DentCare Anti-snoring appliances consist of 2 clear stents designed to encase the upper and lower teeth. The device consists of a splint for the upper and the lower jaw. It has a compact design and comfortable to use. The lower jaw is either secured in a predetermined position by two connectors fixed laterally to the splint. Their functional mechanisms are keeping  the lower jaw and tongue in the forward position thereby helping to widen the airway, making breathing easier and reducing snoring, lowering the risk and severity of obstructive sleep apnoea.
