We are committed to providing high-quality products manufactured with precision and care. As a manufacturing company, our products are custom-made or produced based on specific client requirements. Therefore, refunds are generally not applicable. However, under certain circumstances, we may process refunds as outlined below.
Eligibility for Refund
Refunds may be considered only under the following exceptional circumstances:
Defective or Incorrect Products – If a product is found to be defective due to a manufacturing error and cannot be repaired or replaced.
Order Cancellation Prior to Production – If an order is cancelled before manufacturing has commenced, a refund may be processed, subject to applicable deductions.
Duplicate or Excess Payments – Any excess payment made due to an error may either be adjusted against future orders or refunded upon verification.
Refund Request Process
To request a refund, customers must follow these steps:
Submit a Refund Request: Send an email to info@dentcaredental.com with the order details, proof of purchase, and reason for the refund request.
Verification & Approval: Our team will review the request and may require additional details or product inspection.
Processing Time: If approved, refunds will be processed within 14 business days from the date of approval. The amount will be credited to the original payment method.
